I first used the services of L&M Building Maintenance to fit a bespoke unit to house a stacking washer and dryer in the kitchen. The attention to detail and the finish was exceptional which led me to use their services again for other works throughout my property.

These two guys are very reliable . They will give you a time and be there no messing about . Did a great job sorting my bathroom out and fitting me a new door . Very polite and always keep you updated with what they have done and what they are doing next . They also always check you are happy with the work they have done before they go . Nothing is to much trouble for them . Thankyou again for your hard work it's much appreciated.

Lee and Mike are excellent. Just decorated most of my house and I've got them lined up for more jobs on my house. I would definitely recommend them.

L&M maintenance team was soo professional. They fixed a leaking toilet that was seeping into the livingroom ceiling. They were able to find the root cause of the issue after a contractor had said it was something else. They demonstrated strong expertise and fixed the leak within a couple of hours. They also cleaned up after the repair which is something most professionals don't really think about out. I'd highly recommend their services.

Great service from start to finish, helpful with ideas for the project. Worked on the bathroom whilst I was away, came back to a gorgeous new bathroom- cleaned to perfection and the route to it looked after too. Great communication throughout. Would absolutely recommend!!!

As a landlord there always seem to be emergency problems in the winter. fortunately I came across L & M building & Maintenance. Ceiling collapse, 3 bursts and a complete mess. Not a thing I like to use a new builder on. Lee came gave me a reasonable quote and within a short time he had completed all the work to an excellent standard. I will use the firm again

Very happy with the work carried out installing our double doors and removing the old archway. The attention to detail was spot on and everything was finished neatly. They were tidy, professional, and the end result looks fantastic. Highly recommended.
